		<description>I can really relate to jack&#039;s story as I have a similar one, only I&#039;ve not yet taken the daunting step of downsizing. But I&#039;ve been yearning to do it and reading his article has made me realise what I need to do. Sometimes you need a catalyst to spur you to action. Thanks!</description>
